
The Tale of Red Riding Hood
Synopsis: Little Red goes into the woods to visit her sick granny while her father is off hunting a wolf. She brings along her faithful dog and along the way she meets a teeny fairy and wily rabbit who keeps her company. Arriving at her granny’s she is suspicious when her granny seems different, but the surprise guest is not the wolf. Not your traditional red riding hood, chase scenes and silliness ensue as Red, and her friends try to find her lost granny.
Cast of 10 men and women (if children perform, woodland creatures may be added to the flash mob and chase scenes)
All plays are approximately an hour long and can be split into 30 minute acts, with an intermission and dancing and chase scenes added as needed. Samples of scripts/scenes available upon request.
Performance & Licensing Requirements:
One script must be purchased per performer. This ensures that each cast member has their own copy for rehearsal and performance.
A Performance Rights License is required for each performance. The license is $50 per performance and grants you the right to perform the play live for an audience.
Script Delivery: Scripts will be delivered by mail within 7 business days of purchase.
